We started Tidy & Tender because we believe a clean home and a kind visit can change someone’s whole week. Local, family-run, properly trained.
We started Tidy & Tender after seeing how often families wanted a kind hand in their parents’ homes — but didn’t want a clinical agency, and didn’t trust faceless platforms. There was a gap between a one-off cleaner and full regulated care, and we wanted to fill it with warmth, honesty and reliability.
We are based in the West Midlands, we hire locally, we pay properly, and we send the same trusted faces to the same homes — week after week, until our clients can’t imagine their week without us.
