Tidy & Tender treats safeguarding as a foundation of our work. Even as an unregulated provider, we operate to professional safeguarding standards.

Our commitments

• Every team member completes Level 2 Safeguarding Adults training before any client visit.
• We hold a clear written safeguarding policy with a named Safeguarding Lead and deputy.
• All concerns are reported same-day and recorded in our incident log.
• We contact statutory safeguarding teams where appropriate and follow their guidance.
• We protect whistleblowers and treat any report with seriousness.
